Fried Mix Vegetable Linguine

With the mixture of different fried vegetables and the aromatic smells of the garlic, gave magic into its real taste. With a fried Seitan in it, sums up the great taste. It is optional, if you dont like Seitan, its totally no problem.

Was thinking of recipe that you will find European and Asian together. So, it brought me to this invention of something EurAsia taste. It is the different fried vegetables with small amount of soy sauce makes it Asian taste, and the garlic, olives, olive oil and parmesan cheese makes it the Italian taste from their ” Aglio Olio ” recipe. And it really have that sumptuous taste.

Ingredients :

  • cut zucchini ( round cut )
  • 1 peeled and cut carrot
  • half of a bell pepper ( any color )
  • spinach ( fresh or frozen )
  • 2 cloves of garlic ( chopped )
  • pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • grated Parmesan ( depends on your desire amount of usage )
  • 100 grms. linguine noodles

Methods

Step 1.

Boil a liter of water with salt, soy sauce and olive oil in a pot. When the water starts boiling, put the 100 grms. of linguine noodles, and let it boil for 8-10 minutes for an al dente results. Drain.

Step 2.


Put a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the cut carrots, zucchini, and bell pepper. Take them out when they get brownish look in each both sides. After taking them out, cut the vegetables in any sizes you like. And set them aside.

Step 3.

After taking out the fried vegetables, sautee the chopped garlic and add the spinach when the garlic becomes brownish. Add salt and the ground black pepper. And stir again.

Step 4.

Add the linguine pasta and mix well with the sauteed garlic and spinach. And serve it.

Step 5.

After you serve the pasta in each plate. You can now add the fried vegetables, in the amount you desires. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese in each serving.
